I am fully aware what USPS tracking service can tell me and at the moment it is telling me that my package has not been received by USPS and this is exactly what I am talking about! Concerning USPS tracking, please, take some time and check tracking service with my number CJ303265844US and compare it with another package, number EC650135333US.

USPS has not even received the package yet, only electronic notification and status is still 'Electronic Shipping Info' since July 9! So it is obvious that the package has NOT left the States.
I know that you were dealing with customers from Croatia and they warned me about this problem. But since the package can be tracked, it seems that problem is NOT in Croatia but still in the States.
I can fully agree with you that you can not do anything when the package left the States. What I ask you is that you do something because the package has not been accepted by USPS and USPS has not shipped it overseas (if the information from the USPS Tracking service is correct)!
Your explanation would be OK if the status was something like ' Arrived Abroad, July 14, 2008, 11:08 am, CROATIA' but I can't accept your excuse when the package has not reach USPS !in the STATES!
I do expect at least reasonable information (please don't tell me again that you can not do anything when the package leave the States) because it is still somewhere in the States. If the package was in Croatia, believe me, I wouldn't bother you at all. Since it is not, I think it is your problem, even more because I paid for that and it took more than two weeks already from Smokingpipes warehouse to USPS office!
So please, don't push me to spread the bad word about smokingpipes service to the pipers community worldwide.
